At My Place My Home provides non-medical companion care services to seniors, elderly, mentally and physically challenged adults. We also specialize in providing FREE Private In-Home Care Services for children under 21 diagnosed with special needs and covered by Medicaid through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Our team has over 22 years of experience in providing in-home care services.

Through coordinated care and support for clients and their families, At My Place My Home enables individuals to remain in the safety and comfort of their own home environments for as long as possible. At My Place, My Home also serves clients transitioning back to home from an assisted living setting or from a hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation facility.
